Missouri Baptist Convention messengers will gather in Springfield this week (Oct. 22-23) for their 184th annual meeting with the 2018 theme of “Steady.”
Held at the Crossway Baptist Church, the meeting will begin on Monday afternoon for four sessions, concluding Tuesday afternoon.
In addition to business and reports, speakers include Darryl Gaddy, pastor of Victory Fellowship Community Church in Detroit, Mich.; Ken Graves, founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Bangor located in Maine; Ken Sande, president of RW360; and Herb Reavis, Jr., senior pastor of North Jacksonville (Fla.) Baptist Church. Music will be led by Mark Mathes has served since 2006 as minister of music at Crossway Baptist Church.
Ken Parker, senior pastor of First Baptist Church, Kearney, Mo. will bring the President’s Message; and John Yeats, MBC executive director, will deliver the Executive Director’s Address.
